Nova Verta offers a wide variety of prep stations including CTOF (closed top open face spray booth) models. The CTOF models are ETL listed for unlimited painting application as well as 90% recirculated curing capability (Note ETL does not permit recirculated air curing capability in direct fired units).

Standard prep models are ETL listed for limited painting (9 square feet per application). The primary difference in these models is increased airflow for unlimited paint models. All indirect heated models feature exclusive to Nova Verta a prep cycle allowing the heating system to use recirculated heated air when not applying paint to conserve fuel and electricity.

Nova Verta CTOF spray booths can also bake-cure in a recirculated mode.

Nova Verta prep stations and CTOF spray booth units are constructed from galvanized steel with white vinyl interior and blue and white exterior. Panels are pre punched for nut and bolt assembly. The control panel features Allen Bradley components including the Power Flex VFD and Panel View 300 and 550 Class 1 Division 2 remote operator stations. The make up air unit features a stainless steel heat exchanger with Power Flame indirect fired burner for fuel efficiency and safety or a direct fire as alternative system. The exhaust system is dry filtered using a reverse incline direct driven fan utilizing VFD (variable frequency drive - for motor speed control) eliminating the need for inefficient pressure control dampers.
